Mayors Feed The Hungry Host Agencies Update

Greetings to our Agencies,

First our new brochures have been printed and are ready for pick up!  Each agency will receive 1,000 for distribution at your events and activities.

Please contact me via phone or e-mail to make arrangements to pick up your brochures at our office. Office hours are 8:30 – 4:30  M-F.  Brochures must be picked up no later than June 9, 2023.

As part of our new Host Agency Policies & Procedures, each agency is required to provide photos for use in marketing/fundraising events.

We are looking for pictures of:

• Food pantry operations
• Food gift card distributions
• Pictures that “tell a story” of how you are serving your clients.
• Anything that may be of interest to our Sponsors, Mayors, Donors, Potential Partners

I am excited about having these marketing tools to enable us to get the word out to the public so that everyone knows about the Mayors’ Feed the Hungry Program. With your help we will make it happen!
